NORFOLK — A festive gathering at Infinity Hall on Tuesday night celebrated five leaders in the arts and humanities with the presentation of the first CultureMAX awards by the Northwest Connecticut Arts Council.
More than 100 people filled the upstairs auditorium at Infinity Hall, where they enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and dishes created by Infinity Hall’s Bistro.
