DESCRIPTION:Instructor: Thaddeus Kubis \nDate: Saturday\, October 19\, 2024  \nTime: 10 AM – 1 PM \nAges: 15+ \nMembers: $54 \nNon-Members: $60  \n\nArtists have always explored the ability for images to instill feelings or evoke an emotional response in the viewer. In recent years\, the term “transcendental photography” has been used to describe a style focusing on the emotional representation of an image\, which produces such an effect from the interpretation of an object rather than the object itself. This workshop will examine the concepts and photographic elements used to achieve the goals of this approach\, including lighting\, focus\, exposure\, textures and environmental conditions. Capturing photos with any digital camera or mobile device\, participants will learn to apply a variety of camera settings\, postproduction tools and editing techniques to create a series of unique images. \nMORE INFO & REGISTER
