Carborundum Aquatint is a painterly intaglio process whereby the various strengths of a brushmark are determined by the use of fine or coarse carborundum grit mixed in suspension with acrylic matte or gloss medium. \nAfter a demonstration of the process\, you’ll be guided through the creation of your own prints. Gain a firsthand introduction to Carborundum Aquatint\, which you can explore in depth during a following workshop with Anthony Kirk (offered on Tuesdays\, April 7\, 14\, 21 & 28).
