Alternative Process Photo Lab
An unparalleled facility equipped for professional photographers, multidisciplinary artists, and members of the community interested in exploring contemporary photographic methods including: Salt Prints, Gum Bichromate, Cyanotypes, Kallitypes, Albumen Prints (without using potassium dichromate) & Ziatypes.
Pamela Stockamore Painting Lab
Equipped for painters, interdisciplinary artists, and students of all levels to work in a variety of painting media, providing space for the discovery of new techniques and work.
The lab is named in memory of the artist Pamela Stockamore.
Robert Dente Printmaking Lab
The 2,000-square-foot lab is a cutting-edge facility equipped to meet the needs of professional printmakers, cross-disciplinary artists, and members of the community interested in learning how to make images in this time-honored medium, using litho, monotype, or etching.
The lab is named in memory of artist Robert Dente.
Peter Howe Digital Lab
Providing the space, technology, and equipment for artists to explore digital media arts. Artists will be able to use various digital photo and video processing apps, edit and print their photos, and learn how to combine analog and digital processes using cross-disciplinary media. Coming soon in 2022.
The lab is named in memory of the artist Peter Howe.
Drawing Lab
A space for artists of all disciplines to collaborate, explore, and learn new techniques in a variety of contemporary mixed media.
Children's Lab
The Children's Lab brings creativity to a new level with bright, fun, and colorful surroundings sure to inspire every learner! The lab features space for 10 students, a collaborative drawing wall, a magnetic wall and cork wall for sharing artwork, and colorful storage spaces for supplies. Kids will learn about artists and a variety of media in this newly renovated space designed just for young artists!
