Workshop Cancellation Policies:
The Five Points Arts Center reserves the right to change its calendar, withdraw or modify workshops and instructors as needed.
If a workshop is full when a participant registers they will be given the option to waitlist at no charge. They will be notified if and when space becomes available. Participants then have the option to enroll and will not be charged until they are formally registered in the workshop.
Classes or workshops not held due to inclement weather or instructor’s absence will be rescheduled.
If a class or workshop is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, participants will be notified and may choose to receive a refund or apply a credit for the full amount to a future workshop.
Participants who withdraw more than 7 days before the workshop may receive a refund (less a 10% cancellation fee). They may also elect to take a credit to apply to a future workshop with no fees assessed.
Participants who withdraw less than 7 days before the workshop meets will receive a 50% refund.
Participants who withdraw from a workshop less than 2 days’ notice will not receive a refund or credit. Consideration will be given for medical reasons with a physician’s note, in which case a credit will be issued for the missed workshop.
