What if someone gave you a pile of materials and permission to make a colorful mess? Allow your 4 year-old creative self to reemerge to simply play. Find yourself in a judgment-free zone. Leave your own inner judges outside the door. Pamela will assist in escorting them if necessary. What could possibly happen? Relaxation? Spontaneity? Joy? If you’re ready to retreat from inner and outer expectations, give “Expressive Art” a whirl. What do you have to lose? Tension? Fixed ideas? The Blahs? One has nothing more valuable to gain than a window on the view of one’s creative potential!
