FIVE POINTS ANNEX
The Five Points Annex is located at 15 Water Street just one door up from Five Points Gallery. The Annex, a community pop-up gallery, is managed by Five Points Arts staff. The Annex Gallery is available to regional artists, artisans, and community groups on a first come first served basis. We are currently renting for 2025.

Rental Information (Starting in 2025):
$400.00 per two-week period.
$50.00 security deposit due one week prior to occupancy and returned after occupancy.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking, balance due one week prior to occupancy.
Renters Responsibility:
Installation and de-installation.
Cleaning / maintenance during the rental period
Open gallery hours and coverage.
All sales transactions (Five Points will not be responsible for sales or sales tax liability).
Following the State of Connecticut’s COVID-19 guidelines and protocols.
Gallery openings and closings (as COVID-19 guidelines permit).
Marketing & Promotion: Five Points will publicize the pop-up gallery exhibitions on the Five Points Arts website and through social media. Additional promotion is the responsibility of the exhibitors.
