Five Points Annex

The Annex is a non-juried community pop-up gallery providing affordable access to professional space in which to exhibit.

Located just one door up from Five Points Gallery at 15 Water Street, the Annex is managed by Five Points staff and available for rent to artists, artisans and community groups on a first-come, first-served basis. The Annex has hosted over 1,000 artists since its opening in 2017.

RENT THE ANNEX

Rental Information (Starting in 2025):

$400.00 per two-week period.

$50.00 security deposit due one week prior to occupancy and returned after occupancy.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking, balance due one week prior to occupancy.

Renters Responsibility:

Installation and de-installation.

Cleaning / maintenance during the rental period

Open gallery hours and coverage.

All sales transactions (Five Points will not be responsible for sales or sales tax liability).

Marketing & Promotion: Five Points will publicize the pop-up gallery exhibitions on the Five Points Arts website and through social media. Additional promotion is the responsibility of the exhibitors.
